Yoga

Caroline has been studying yoga and meditation since 2000. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2007 in a 200-hour training in Chiang Mai, Thailand, led by Jonas Westring and Sara Stover. She has also studied yoga with Todd Norian, Ann Greene, Deb Neubauer, Robin Golt, and Barrie Risman.

Caroline likes elements from a variety of hatha styles, especially Anusara, Kripalu, Iyengar, and Ashtanga, and incorporates various asanas and philosophies from these traditions into her classes. Her classes are heart centering and focus on integrating the body, mind and spirit. Currently she is teaching part-time, and does private sessions by appointment.
